Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We use them, together with similar first-party storage, to operate the Haven platform and website (the "Services").

2. Essential cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember operational preferences such as your selected location. Because they are essential to provide the Services, they cannot be turned off through the consent banner. You can still block them in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from signing in.

3. Analytics cookies (with your consent)

With your consent, we use first-party product analytics from PostHog to understand how the Services are used — for example, which pages and features are most used and how visitors move through the product — and to record session replays that help us diagnose issues and improve usability. These are loaded only after you select "Accept" on our consent banner; if you select "Reject" (or make no choice), they are not loaded. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. Managing your choice

When you first visit, our banner lets you Accept or Reject non-essential cookies, and we store your choice in a first-party cookie so we don't ask again. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the haven_cookie_consentcookie (and other site cookies) in your browser, which will make the banner reappear. You can also control cookies through your browser's privacy settings.

5. More information

For how we handle personal information generally, see our Privacy Policy. To exercise your privacy rights, use our privacy rights request form.
